Tom has supported the PTC’s annual pantomime every year since.
Tonight, Monday 22nd December 2014, on BBC4 at 9.25pm is a documentary made by Jeanie Finlay simultaneously demonstrating the struggles and rewards for both amateur theatre companies and small scale theatres. A fantastic piece of film on a group of people who don’t let anything get in their way despite high tension, high emotion and ever increasing expectation.
Cropping up on my Facebook News feed this morning was an entirely different way of highlighting a point that I strongly believe in, courtesy of The Dramatists Guild of America written by and featuring some of the biggest Musical Theatre names.
Following on from A Chorus Line with the ESNA Players in Loughborough earlier this month, Tom will be working on another ESNA production with Director Cat Orton for April 2015; Hairspray!
2015 is the year ESNA reaches their 50th Year! And as such they’ll be producing three musical productions as opposed to their usual two. July will be a Sondheim extravaganza with Into the Woods and their November production will be, another hit musical, Sister Act. An exciting year for them and great to be involved with.
